John Leguizamo's first major movie! All over the place but many memorable moments in this one! Leguizamo just is everywhere, acting goofy and crazy! Not much of a storyline. He is being hunted by Jeffrey Jones! That's about it really! I can watch it only every few years! If you just want a mindless comedy, this is the one!!!
