A rich, honest, and funny coming-of-age story with some of the most likeable characters I've ever seen. The actors who bring them too life are excellent, the direction is beautifully restrained, and the screenplay deftly balances humor and heart throughout, along with many memorable lines.
Easily one of the best high school movies committed to film.
