Review of The Perks of Being a Wallflower (2012) by Katie S — 06 Jul 2014
Okay so this is definitely one of the best movies that I have seen in a long time. The Perks Of Being A Wallflower is an amazing film that shows what life is truly like for a teenager that has been throw a lot in there life.
In this movie you see charlie (Logan Lerman) a high school freshman dealing with the resent death of this best friend. He is clearly shown as and out cast who has know friends, all with changed when he meet Patrick (Ezra Miller) and his step sister Sam (Emma Watson) two high school seniors who be friend Charlie and show him that he is not the only one struggling with things.
In this movie there are some performances by some great actors/actresses. One of my favorites is from Mr.Anderson (Paul Rudd) that ideal teacher that everyone wants. At the start, Charlie's only friend, Mr.Anderson really stood out from most teachers. He also said one of my favorite quotes "you only except the love you think you deserve".
I could go on and on about how great this film is but I won't. This was a perfect book to film adaptation and a great performance by Logan Lerman, Emma Watson, Ezra Miller, ans Paul Rudd.
Made its mark as my all time favorite movie.
