Jeff Speakman plays Jeff Sanders, a man returning home to investigate the murder of a close family friend. Highlight is a stirring opening sequence showing a troubled young Jeff learning and mastering the art of Kempo.
Speakman delivers in his major studio star-making vehicle, although the big studios failed to utilize him as a major attraction.
