Review of The Perfect Guy (2015) by Jacqueline J — 28 Sep 2015

This was a decent movie... Was it predictable yes.... Spectacular....No. I think the directors and writers faired a decent job in creating a thriller for fans of Michael Ealy and Sanaa Lathan but unfortunately it went from 0-100 real quick with his craziness in an almost predictable scenario of events as the commercials ruined any hope of surprise.

I did slide to the edge of my seat a few times and will say M. Ealy played the crazy role well but I just was left wanting more or wanting more to happen. Thankful for the twists thrown in but still this is a movie that leaves that funny taste in my mouth as with that awful thriller a few years back featuring Ms. Taraji and Idris Elba.... You're getting close to Success but No Cigar on this one.
