The voices of this movie were excellent! Most notable were Martin Short and Tim Curry. The underwater animations were fabulous along with the background artwork. Ultimately this is a children's type of movie, but the animation is still great.
This movie contains lots of singing, and not as seriously taken dialogue. The story is also much more fictious than Don Bluth's other films, probably because it was generally made for a younger audience.
Not as good as other animations, but still worth the recommendation for those who can bare with singing and talking penguins. Watch this movie with an open mind and a sense of fiction and your well on your way.
