Review of The Peanuts Movie (2015) by Jack C — 04 Jan 2016
The Peanuts Movie is certainly cute and fun when we follow the adventures of Charlie Brown as he struggles at every turn with the simple goal of talking to a pretty girl. It's also not nearly enough to qualify as a film, sacrificing half an hour of its 90 minute run-time with a Snoopy adventure that bore no relevance to the main plot and was a snooze in comparison to Charlie's story.
Given the worldwide success of the comic books, it seems reasonable to expect much more here.
