I am one of those kids who saw it in the 80's and NO I don't think ill ever forget it. It was rated as a family film and it was just plain terrifying. No one ever knows what I'm talking about when I describe this film and most think I'm making it up.
I doubt if I saw it now that it would scare me but I had nightmares for years from this film as did my siblings. I would not recommend this for children even now.
