Review of The Peacemaker (1997) by Chris H — 17 Jun 2011

I usually enjoy George Clooney movies. Something about this one just didn't do it for me. I felt like I'd seen it all before, and done better as well. The acting was okay, but not excellent. The storyline was fairly predictable, and the suspense seemed forced (because you KNEW how it would turn out from the way the movie progressed).

And while Russians speaking their language is realistic, I felt as if I read half the movie which cut into my enjoyment. I found it hard to follow everything on the screen while I was reading the dialogue to keep up.
