Review of The Peacemaker (1997) by Mark L — 14 Aug 2011
This movie is aiite, its got some sloppy writing, but its kinda fun to watch. Damn Clooney is hella younger in this, he doesn't act like the Oscar nominated dude he always shows up as now. This is more like his early days where he was still doing work like From Dusk Til Dawn, which is the more badass Clooney.
The funniest part is in the ending where they run into the little prayer room of the church and Clooney asks why they are planning to detonate the nuclear bomb in it, Kidman replies, it will shield the radiation.
Huh? What is shielding the radiation?! The Holy Spirit?! Regardless, it's a fun kickback movie to watch.
