Ayn Rand is in the process of finishing her second book, Atlas Shrugged, after her epic success The Fountainhead. She falls in love with an admirer despite her long time marriage and her admirer's recent marriage. They begin a torrid affair despite Ayn being 25 years older than her admirer. The young man expands his affair ruining his relationship with Ayn and his wife and setting off a strange series of events.
"No matter what happens I give no one the power to hurt me.".
Christopher Menaul, director of Secret Smile, First Night, Planespotting, One Kill, Feast of July, and Wall of Silence, delivers The Passion of Ayn Rand. The storyline for this picture is very interesting and contains fantastic characters and acting. The cast delivers wonderful performances and includes Julie Delpy, Eric Stoltz, Helen Mirren, Peter Fonda, and Sybil Temtchine.
"I didn't ask for your opinions. I asked for your consent.".
I am a huge fan of Ayn Rand after reading The Fountainhead and came across this picture while flicking through the channels. I had to give this picture a shot. This was way better than I anticipated and I thought each actor delivered their performance perfectly. I strongly recommend catching this picture if you come across this on cable.
