Review of The Parent Trap (1961) by Alexander D — 30 Jul 2011
An enjoyable enough family film that benefits tremendously from the talents of Maureen O'Hara. She sparkles in every scene she's in--too bad she's only in about a third of the movie. The rest of the primary actors are only so so, and while the script leaves a lot to be desired, their are a few moments of silly, kid-oriented fun.
