I thought this film was amazing, it was the film that made the movie world stand up and take notice of a young actor who would become one of Hollywood's greatest...Al Pacino!!! Off the back of this he got the role for possibly his most famous role in Scarface.
He plays a junkie in New York who falls in love with a homeless junkie. It shows the plight of the drug and it's effects it has it's takers. Trainspotting of the 70s. It's a very moving tale and you will end up just wanting Bobby (Pacino) to go straight and enjoy his life drug free.
