WOW! Norton is so solid and gripping! The development of the tale is strong and believable; this just seems so true. Gorgeous movie making about not so beautiful events. Nevetheless, the treatment of the core of the film, the relationship that started cool then became thwarted, was thoroughly done.
The acting of all significant parts were performed with elegance and flow; they were all well chosen for their roles. I must give great kudos to Naomi Watts as she really lined this with the gold. A really A+ experience.
