This movie brought ed norton right up there with the likes of carey grant and humphrey bogart. I love the screenplay and the cinematography as well as the music. achingly poignant story, brilliant screenplay (fantastic adaptation- maugham could not have done better).
visually stunning cinematography. the painted veil will leave you in awe.
