This wasn't your typical "scary" movie full of cheap jump scares, but it was very creepy! A sense of dread pervaded the whole movie. My stomach was in a knot for 90 minutes.
I'm really impressed that this was Nicolas McCarthy's debut feature film. It looked and sounded great, and I admired the amount of restraint he showed regarding the cheap jump scares. He's defnitely made my Ones-to-Watch list with The Pact.
