Review of The Pact (2012) by Jack B — 09 Feb 2013

A bit of a surprise this one. Not especially original but a well directed small scale Horror that had a nice use of the paranormal and a reasonably surprising conclusion. Yes the last frame is expectable but there are some well placed chills, some nice nail biting tense sequences and an infectious sense of creepy.

Not bad really but it isn't hard to see why it worked as a short, although it makes the transition to feature length reasonably well too.
