"Hey guys, you know what'd be a great movie?".
"What?".
"Lets make a farce comedy about a guy getting his penis cut off.".
"That sounds like something a serial killer would come up with.".
Despite that, this film was green-lit. The only original thing about it is that the macguffin causing the whole sequence of events is a severed penis. Everything else is just lifted from another movie in the same genre, with a wang put in.
