Review of The Oxford Murders (2008) by Pete S — 06 May 2012
You know this movie is heading nowhere after the first 15 minutes into the film. What could've been a brilliant WHO DONE IT serial killer movie ends up being way to bumb by pretending to be so smart and OXFORDISH.
A disappointment to see and actor like John Hurt keep this movie afloat. Elijah Wood looks confused, lost and out of place. Burn Gorman's over the top performance is over dramatic with no effect to the story.
