The Outlaw Josey Wales is definitely one of Eastwood's more bad-ass movies. This was a fairly typical western movie, featuring Eastwood's character- Wales- as a fugitive from the Union government.
Just about everyone he crosses paths with tries to kill him and those who don't want to tag along. The acting is only as good as it needs to be and the same went for the plot. There was good action and some pretty funny moments.
It did drag on a little, but everything tied together pretty well. If you like westerns and/or Eastwood this one is a lock, if not it's still worth a try.
