The Other's is among the best horror flicks I have ever seen (then again, I haven't seen many).
Nicole Kidman gives a solid central performance and is well supported by the rest of the cast, the child actors especially do a commendable job and stand out.
The use of camera and sound is terrific, as should be in a horror flick, building up with flair a remarkably creepy atmosphere and aiding create some genuinely good frights.
The Others, on the surface, seems to be like all the other horror movies one watches. However, digging in, you discover that it is most definitely not. It holds its cards close to its chest and unfolds leisurely building great suspense and keeping you hooked till the very end.
Very highly recommended!! Definitely check this out.
