Whatever Ferrell touches is destined to be funny, and yes, this has its moments but they are not all Ferrell's. An angry Wahlberg and a well scripted, moonlighting Keaton give their fair share of the laughs.
It's a decent comedy but doesn't really come together enough to venture into the realms of greatness.
