The other guys is one of those movies that it is not funny as it wants to be At certain points for the film I felt bored than 10 minuets later I found my self laughing than for the next 10-15 I felt bored than I Laughed again and then for the next 20 minutes I was bored then I laughed again. this explains my experience in a nut shell.

Another problem I had is that the film did not know if it wanted to be a parody of cop-buddy action-comedies or just wanted to be one of those movies. it did not find the right tone and it ended up being a mess.

I did laugh a few times but I found my self wondering why was this a bit dull?

And as much as I love will ferrel his shtick is getting a little tired.
