The second filmic adaptation of Philippa Gregory's book of the same name (the first was a TV movie, mind), Eric Bana is a beardy ball of bristling testosterone in this beautifully filmed fictional take on events at court betwixt Henry VIII and the Boleyns.
With many scenes set up as if they were living paintings (a la The Girl with the Pearl Earring) this impressed.
