It has it's fair share of scary moments, but it's better described as a good movie than a scary movie.
It's a bit slow/fast in the wrong places, but the ending is superb.
This isn't exactly a happy story, but it isn't a completely sad story either. Don't expect scary, utter-tragedy the whole time.
