Just to get this out of the way: THIS MOVIE IS IN SPANISH! You have to read the subtitles. If you don't "do" subtitles, go rent "Dracula 2000" or something. Plus there's no real gore in this film so you probably wouldn't like it anyway.
For those of you who are comfortable with your literacy, you're in for a treat. This is an amazing psychological horror film with an absolutely heartbreaking and amazing ending. The cinematography is beautiful and the acting is superb. I'm just amazed.
