A quite acceptable and good horror movie that gets a little more with the psychological side and offers an intriguing spectacle. The bad thing about the movie is that it offers a tremendous amount of scares and that fits in a fairly rare. One of the strengths of the movie is good use of suspense and the handle so fresh and disturbing.
At the end "El Orfanato (The Orphanage)" is a dark horror film that fulfills its objective.
