It has 2 very well done scenes but besides that, The Orphanage is a muddled mess and is not even remotely a horror movie. The main character falls into the generic stupid main horror movie protagonist role, the story is hard to follow and boring and the pacing is equivalent to that of a turtle scaling Mount Olympus.
