Review of The Order (2003) by Ac L — 06 Apr 2009
I love watching films relating to the Catholic Church whether they are pro or anti-catholic as I get to see historical sites and scenes. The Order is one of them as most of the settings are in Rome; some scenes are even inside St.
Peter?s Basilica. The film stars the late Heath Ledger as Alex Bernier, a priest belonging to the Carolingians order set out to find the sin-eater (Furmann) responsible for the death of his mentor only to discover that the sin eater is after him but for reasons Alex wasn?t expecting.
A provocative film.
