The Orange Thief is a wonderful little independent film with a distinctive, pleasing flavor. With less than $15,000, the filmmakers succeed in taking the viewer on a trip to old Sicily, or is it modern Sicily? The mixture of old and new, with a catchy folk soundtrack and some deadpan humor, make for an enjoyable treat.
