I actually really liked this movie. If it had a beginning and an ending, it would've been watchable. I was sorely disappointed. There are recurring themes throughout... that aren't included at all in the final scenes.
Why were they in the movie at all? Just to make a movie? That's kinda what it seems like. Someone had some great filler material and wrote a script and forgot some pretty important parts... the bookends.
