Review of The One I Love (2014) by Richard V — 17 Dec 2014
What starts off as a simple premise - a couple on the verge of separation retreat to a vacation home at the behest of their therapist - becomes wrapped in one of most increasingly bizarre but amazing twists of the year, and this year has been rich with twisty movies.
Indie darlings Mark Duplass and Elizabeth Moss are amazing in what is basically a shrewd play about love, relationships, and exploring what makes them who they are. This is truly the year of the independent film.
