Review of The One I Love (2014) by Joao F — 04 Jan 2015
Whoever said there's no more original ideas is right to an extent but when you get several old ideas and mix them together in a unique way you get something that feel very unique; The One I Love is one these cases.
This is a movie that requires absolutely no spoilers to get the full experience so I won't be describing much. All I'll say it that it's fantastically acted, with lovely cinematography strong direction and a brilliant script.
Much like Gone Girl and Force Majeure it takes a dark look at marriage but in an even fresher way.
