First time Americans got the chance to see what Jet could really do as a bad guy (Lethal Weapon 4 doesn't count). Pssstt... It's very inspired by the Matrix. In fact, every frame will waste no time reminding you of this fact.
However, Jet's performance rose it's status above the star it probably deserves. On a side note, I wish he would find someone else to costar with every other movie than the charming, but mostly lame, Jason Statham.
