Review of The One (2001) by David G — 05 Aug 2010
Really cool sci-fi premises that they could've done so much with and still could...otherwise cool action scenes and Jet Li/Jason Statham deliver the same acting we're used to by now...this is another one to me like Golden Compass where they have such a cool concept setup and then don't choose to delve into it as far as they could.
Granted Golden Compass at least had plans to do so before they decided to scratch the trilogy for the time being.
