Review of The One (2001) by Jade T — 31 Mar 2012
I remember this film being so bad ass and completely awesome when I first saw it. After watching it tonight, it holds up just fine. It's pretty obvious that the CGI is out dated and reminds me of Roger Rabbit or The Mask graphics, but that is ok.
The acting is not superb by any means...but still is fun to watch. Plus the concept is too cool to pass up. Finally, Jet Li's martial arts choreography makes this a really fun film to dig into if your expectations aren't too high.
Otherwise, don't bother watching it...I don't wanna hear what you will have to say! lol.
