Another Jet Li must see. Forgot Statham was in this. Nice to see again after 10 years. It's surprising how panned this is. Yes, the plot is outlandish and the reluctance to immobilize a serial killer doesn't make sense but Jet Li has super human speed and strength and he fights himself! The music dates it and it could use more slow-mo, but it's still one of the best a sci-fi kung fu flicks.
