Quintessentially classic after 35 years since its incarnation. The Omen dwells much deeper than the tale of Damien and prophecies of earthly apocalypse. Director Richard Donner exposes moody atmosphere by embodying scores and movie sets rarely seen in today's era.
If nostalgic, then it should be influential. It was way to easy to be memorized by this masterpiece. Shall I blame Damien?
