Review of The Omega Man (1971) by Mark D — 05 Oct 2010
The dystopic 1970s spews out another disturbing vision of the future. This time Heston is the lone survivor of the human race after a deadly disease kills off the majority of the United States. It is another alegorical sci fi flick in much the same vain as 'Soylent Green' and 'Planet of the Apes'.
Worth a watch - particuarly considering it is now seen as a classic.
