Review of The Odd Life of Timothy Green (2012) by Ariel H — 04 Dec 2012
Not what I'd expected from the previews, but absolutely a delightful and heart-wrenching story. I disagree with the generalization that it's geared toward childless couples particularly. Rather, as a fable, it reminds one to not only be careful what one wishes for, but also to enjoy every moment. Timothy is endearing, and his parents are very real, making exactly the kinds of mistakes young parents - especially those of a dream child - would make.
Enjoy it without guilt, tears and all.
