Holy smokes is this movie dumb and nearly without any point at all. So husband and wife can't have a kid, make up what one would be like and it grows out of the ground (but only for a limited time).

But why? Where did this kid come from? Why did he come? I mean to torture the couple for a few months and have them experience the loss of losing a child? I guess he came so they could prove to the adoption agency that they were fit parents, but even that's dumb.

If this movie comes up to rent, or to watch on tv or something, just skip it and do something else. You've been warned.
