Oscar Madison (Walter Matthau) is a disgusting slob of a sports writer, who's divorced, and mainly cares about his poker game than keeping his apartment clean. But all of the sudden Felix Unger (Jack Lemmon) moves in, an obsessive compulsive neat freak, with weird allergies, who's wife can't stand him anymore, and kicks him out!.
There conflicting personalities, allows hilarious chaos.
