Review of The Odd Couple (1968) by Victoria V — 21 Dec 2008
The problem at the start of this is that its just far too much like a "film of Neil Simon's terribly funny play". What I mean to say is that it's just not cinematic. However, when we get out of the first night and are left with just Lemmon and Mattahu the camera relaxes and it comes into its own.
