There is nothing unpredictable or crazy interesting about this little ditty. It is, however, what it tries to be: a cute romantic comedy with a moderate but not-too-controversial-for-1998 touch of gay and a semi-happy ending that's not what you wanted but what you will accept.
If it comes on one of those chick channels while you're sitting at home with nothing better to do, it's worth a watch.
