Pay no attention to the trailer. And if you can, try to ignore the soundtrack. This movie gets 4 stars because it looks GREAT. The subtle nod to the 50's is present in all the background details, from the insides of the buildings, to the cars, to the human characters.
The people who animated this did a fantastic job. The attention to detail is what does it for me.
