Never terrible, but never great either. The whole movie is quite bland. It might be good enough to hold a kid's interest, but most adults will probably find it boring. The best part of the film is the credits.
I'm not even joking or being a jerk. The credits feature an animated version of Psy and the characters from the film dancing to "Gangnam Style". It's literally the most entertaining moment of this movie.
