Review of The Nun's Story (1959) by Glenna S — 01 Feb 2012
Another stellar performance by the inestimable Audrey Hepburn. A compelling story of faith and conflict, Hepburn plays a postulate nun who questions her commitment to her vows after the outbreak of WW II. She finds she cannot forgive the NAZI invaders of her Belgian homeland. She is in a nun's habit and w/out makeup throughout this film, but the beauty.
As well as the talent of Hepburn still shine throughout. Must-see film.
