Review of The Nun (2018) by Haruhiranta — 13 Sep 2018
The film's gothic and horrifying atmosphere brings about a sheer tension, yet that is only where its title claims the "darkest" chapter among the Conjuring films. There were nothing memorable about the characters, except for their dumbwitted decisions and motives throughout their stay in the abbey.
With all honesty, Valak rules over Annabelle, The Crooked man, and Bathsheba in so many levels. Hence, the film should have leveled with Valak's superiority.
