Nothing makes sense. Nothing is scary. Nothing is interesting. This is a shallow film that fails to even entertain. It feels like a juvenile script from a bunch of people who don't know what it takes to make something really scary.
It feels like someone asked a writing room what makes a movie scary and they all shouted, "Oh, demons and upside-down crosses and zombies!" So they tossed it all in there hoping something would hit.
None of it does.
