Review of The Number 23 (2007) by Angel G — 06 Jan 2013
Even though this movie doesn't deliver fully everything and it takes it's self too serious, Jim Carrey's performance and a few cool dark art direction shots made it worth. Jim Carrey delivered a dark and surprisingly interesting performance, who wasn't as bad as many people say, but he was deadly-serious alright, maybe too much.
I though the suspense and twist was really good, and its music too. This movie still had much more potential than it shows here, its in there somewhere. It's nothing special really, but it's dark, twisted entertainment.
